Refund policy
Because all item are made to order, there are no refunds available. All sales are final. However, if there is a fault with your product, please send me photos and I will work with you to ensure your 100% happiness. Please do remember, that the actual product’s color may vary slightly from pictured due to computer monitors/calibrations and printing/ink properties and the nature of printing.
- Send photo to created4ucreations@gmail.com. If the product is wrong, your purchase will be eligible for a refund. Remember, you must send photo's of the item when you receive it.
- If product has damages please photo's to created4ucreations@gmail.com
- You will be notified via email of what course of action will be taken, or if a choice of action, you will will be asked which choice of action you would like to take.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your photo's and request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
