Shipping policy

Majority of products are free shipping, there are some exceptions, and it is noted in the description of the product. 

All items are created/made when ordered. Most orders are produced and shipped out with in 3-5 business days. Shipping is approximately 3-5 business days in addition to production time. Some items shipping can take from 5 to 10 days.  Time frames provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tracking details will be provided once the item ships.

Please note, during months of Oct, Nov and Dec production and shipping takes longer due to the holiday season demand.  Any products ordered late November or early December is NOT guaranteed for Christmas delivery. 

Our production partner for all clogs is located in China.  Please note: all country's in Asia celebrate their New Year Holiday for 2 weeks, and all business are closed during this time.  Their New Year Holiday falls towards the end of January or at the beginning of February.  So please allow for additional time for production and shipping.
